Can graffiti removal restore painted walls in Perth?

In most cases, yes. We use methods that remove the graffiti while protecting the paint underneath. If the graffiti has deeply penetrated the surface, a touch-up coat of paint may be needed after removal, but we’ll always explain this before starting.
