Is soft washing safe for my garden, pets, neighbours and rainwater tank?

Yes, when it’s done properly. We use biodegradable cleaning solutions, protect sensitive plants, keep overspray off neighbouring properties, and ask you to keep pets inside while we work. If you collect rainwater, tell us so we can disconnect or divert your downpipes during the clean.

What we do to protect your property

• Gardens: we wet down and protect plants near the drip line, and rinse them afterwards.
• Pets: keep pets inside or away from the work area until everything has been rinsed and dried.
• Neighbours: we work at low pressure, so there’s very little drift, and we take extra care on homes with close boundaries.
• Rainwater tanks: let us know if any downpipes feed a tank so they can be diverted during the clean and for the first good rain afterwards.
• Pools: we keep runoff away from the pool where possible. Tell us if your pool sits under a roof edge.

Is it eco-friendly?

We use eco-friendly, biodegradable solutions and apply only what’s needed. Using less pressure also means less water and no tile debris washing into your garden.
