Yes. We quote and clean roofs for strata complexes, duplexes, villas and rental properties. Property managers can get an exterior quote without the tenant being home, and we’ll coordinate access with tenants once the owner or strata approves.

How it works

  1. Send the property address and which units or roof sections are included.
  2. We prepare an exterior quote, from a site visit or satellite maps and photos.
  3. Once approved, we arrange a time with the tenants or strata manager.
  4. You get confirmation when the job is done.

Shared roofs

For duplexes and strata, we can quote for just one owner’s section of the roof. We’ll be clear about where the line is.
